I have always bought new vehicles but last year I tried JD Byrider to get something I could pay off quick. The location South San Antonio was wonderful, amazing and great customer service! I used the service department off 35 North when my car had an issue because I live closer to that one. I was told that my car had a simple problem that was a minor fix and it was there from Thursday until Saturday. I never heard from them the entire time they had my car unless I called them. That fact that my car has been on the shop more then on the road. Just yesterday an hour out of getting it from the shop it broke down, left us stranded. JD has not even cared or made it right.
Anthony Webb was great helped me find a car that was in my price range really love my car would recommend J.B if you need a car
