When I went to JD ByRider I spoke with a gentleman named Carl from the service dept. He stopped what he was doing and checked my car. First and foremost that doesn't happen often. You normally have to wait at other places. But Carl from the Weidner Dealership got right up. He was very pleasant and explained what was happening to my car. If all dealerships had a Carl we would all be better off. Thank you Carl for helping me.
These guys here really work hard to get those who have poor credit driving. I know that this is my second time dealing with them and they have cared for me and went to bat for me to get me approved with my poor credit. I recommend all my friends and family here. I'm so thankful for: Cody, Ram, Sam. These guys as a team have worked hard for me and will work hard for anyone who wants to be driving there own car.......THANK YOU J.D. BYRIDER
This dealership is by far the best dealership I've ever signed with. Their so helpful and reliable through any situation you're going through. But I have to say it's not so much the dealership that's intriguing, it's the service department. Those guys back there deserve most of the credit bc JD Byrider can sign me a car all day everyday but it's up to those guys to make sure it's a great running car and trust me they come through everytime. The service department was great! Let me start by saying that. But the customer Service department dropped the ball for me. If you want any resolution, outside of your payment, you have to go up there and it shouldn’t be that way.
I was able to do what fits me. I didn't know what car I wanted but customer service was right on. They adjusted to me which helps a lot. Thank you Alex and Ramiro and my parents sooooo much
RecommendedI only recommend going here as a last option. I was desperate and needed a car asap. They are quick to call you at 10am the day uour payment is due but not to get your car repaired. I took my car in for service and it drives worse now than before. I won't make this mistake again. Cars are over priced with high mileage.
Every since I brought my car from this company. I have been having trouble with my car.No I didn't take it back I needed a car but two more years I am going to be able to finish my car note.
