Returned a vehicle over 7 years ago because this place refused to fix the issues we were having. Kept making stupid excuses as to what was wrong. DO NOT go to this place all they do is rip you off and if you returnthe vehicle they keep reporting to your credit faithfully. So even though its been 7 years we are still suffering the repercissions of going through this crap bile. I'm not sure if J.D byrider actually reads these things. But I bought a car from them in April of 2016. Since then I have had the car in their shop 6 times (let me repeat that, SIX TIMES!!!!) for the heating/coolant system. Looks like I'm going to have to take it in for a 7th time. It's ridiculous. I can't call a lemon lawyer because it doesn't have the original or extended manufacturers warrenty. Their "service contract" is a joke. I'll be calling the BBB tomorrow to discuss this with them. Had a great experience. My sales rep amanda turley was amazing. She kept in contact with me through the whole process, was very nice and fought hard to get me in a car i like.
Never again got a car from them 2 weeks later the battery died had to put 175 dollars out for that and they wouldn't reimburse me for it because they said it wasn't covered then one month later the drivers side wheel bearing went almost got killed because they never checked the car before they gave it to us called them and told them what happened and they told me nothing they can do about it because all there trucks are in the shop so if you can bring it to us we will fix it . well I'm not paying 200+ to take it there and I ... read more
I worked for them and ended up not selling cars back in June because I felt so horrible for the people I sold. I'm not saying that all j.d byriders are bad I'm sure there are ones with good owners that don't ruin people's lives like the one I worked for did. What you got to remember is they claim to help people build credit with a program that they sell which could probly work if the owner did it correctly.
