Had a problem with my Oil System. Didn't think the mechanics at Byrider could handle because it was a VW. Took the car to the VW Dealer and they had me thinking I had metal in my oil. Replacement engine between 7100 and 10 thousand dollars. I actually gave the car back to Byrider. Mechanics there says let me take a look at it again. The warranty plan is a farce…. On the phone you’re told it’s covered, but when you bring it in, then it’s not!! Also make sure to see if your car is included with a spare!!!
they are fast take care of your vehicle when somethings wrong.oil changes alone save you about 2000. I've paid off 2 so far and on my 3rd.i highly recomend.pinellas park

I came in to get a new car, and I left with a new car. As long as you’re honest about your information, they’ll work with you as much as they can. I drove over an hour because even if a deal sounds too good to be true, I still want to see it and be able to say it’s too good to be true myself. My vehicle at the time was on its way to the junkyard. I told them what I wanted, what I was working with.. and they gave me multiple options. Very Reasonable and great customer service this is my second car that I got from them first car was paid off had it for three years no problems no issues. Anna was very helpful and pleasant and Melanie is ALWAYS helpful
