Sherry Dunnaway worked her tail off Saturday to make sure my bonus son left in his own ride! She had tried everything she could to make it happen, and it didn't look like it was. We left and 3 minutes later, she called and told us to turn around and come back. She had one last trick up her sleeve and it worked!! He is in a vehicle he loves - with payments that he can afford! Can't thank you enough, Sherry, for making his dream come true!!
My sales rep. Was a young lady by name if Sherry. whom I think has got to be one of the most kind and warm hearted sales lady's I have ever met. she walked me through the entire process and did everything she could to make me comfortable
J. D. Byrider is a horrible place to buy a vehicle. I just purchase my car on Feb.28, 2018 and now for the whole month of June I have been in and out of the shop with it. My engine light stay on, and they keep lying like it’s for different reason. They figure it was the sensor and change it, but two weeks later it is back on. They harass you about payments on the day you have to pay, instead of giving you a chance to get there and pay it!!
They have work with me it's a good places...to get a car but I had to sadly return mine in but I hope I can do some more car form them
This place is great 👍. Also the sale personal is wonderful. Everyone go up there see for your self. I’m buying a very nice vehicle at a a very reasonable price. Thanks JD Byrider 😃
