I had a issue but they worked with me and I have to give a 5 point star. Thank you District Manager. Great man. He called me and helped made my life much easier.
Not impressed with the services the service center provides. They have had my vehicle for 1month. They have not kept me informed with maintenance issues not status with my vehicle without me calling to ask. They don’t call back nor answer phone very often. They don’t accommodate you for time period they have your vehicle but still required to pay car note. Very unsatisfied.
I went to JDbyrider and asked for a affordable car so that I can get back and forth to work and I did get what I asked for thanks.

Staff is very Rude about every detail of your life. Cars are way over priced. Financed a car in the past from them and made perfect payments yet they still make it hard to finance another.
My experience at J.D. Byrider was awesome the staff was very friendly treated and me with respect. Yes I heard bad things too, like you do with any other dealerships. The J.D. Byrider on s 27 st was awesome yes I understand my credit is bad so yes I'm going to have to pay higher prices but in the long run my credit will be fixed that's the whole point of the program seems like most people miss that point. Financial guy is pushy and rushes the process, where all he says is sign this, sign this! Not cool, very uncomfortable. salesmen are decent tho.
