JD Byrider has horrible customer service, and the finance department is just as bad. My fault for not realizing my credit was as good as it was, howver, they treat me like a criminal... interest is 6$ PER DAY to have to car. They claim that you can get your car fixed at their service department but wont even DIAGNOSE the car for 15 DAYS! A DEALERSHIP is telling us the timing belt is about to break but they cant do anything and they are saying that their diagnosyics are somehow better than the dealership for that car.
