Please do NOT get a vehicle from this company. NO compassion whatsoever for their customers. I have had my car for 1 year (no missed payments at all!!!) might I add I was having issue with my car immediately after getting it but I really want to speak on being late with a payment. I purchased a 2011 ******* sonta of January 2018, I move to New Jersey, I was trying to register the car, I couldn’t because they will not send the title to the DMV, so I kept getting pulled over, also I was a day late on a payment, I called to let them know I will make a payment on that Monday which was 2 days later and they block my account to make a payment and will not accept a payment unless I signed some new papers stating I will no longer receive a grace period and they want to have my employer deducted their payment ... read more
