Jd Byrider Durham doesn’t deserve any stars. This was my first time financing a car and sadly, this has been the worst experience ever. I just financed a car from them in December and my car has been in the shop over 4 different times. When I put my car in the shop it’s kept for weeks at a time because they aren’t minor fixes… on top of that Jd Byrider does not provide you with a loaner vehicle or an Uber/Lyft. RecommendedI recommend people to come because they are very helpful, kind and positive sales reps. Also, they're incredible with getting you the vehicle you want and affordable rates and payments. You will not leave disappointed

I screenshot my challenges I have experienced almost one whole month and attached the review because the one I posted on google review yesterday seems to be hidden from public view so I will have to continue to do such to share my experiences for consumer awareness. Good and very friendly staff quick and easy
Super friendly staff that makes things happen. Update: First and last time I get a vehicle from them. Mechanic shop is only open Monday through Friday. And they close at 5pm. I recently had my brake line cut. And was told I had to pay for it and I was also told that their mechanic was coming in today. That’s a myth. My overall experience is trash.
