my daughter purchased a vehicle from JD Byrider it have had several issues wrong with the vehicle. Everytime it has to be serviced for something the car is kept at least a week. My husband just bought a 2016 equinox from here on 12/15 we’ve had quite a few issues out of it which the service department argued about and now my car has blown up in the driveway and the expect us to pay for the tow. Total scam so upset we’re stuck paying for junk. Please don’t waste your money
NEVER AGAIN!!!! Purchased a vehicle about a year ago and the air conditioner went out about 2 months later. Over $1,000 in repair cost. NEVER AGAIN!!!!

NO ONE GO HERE. I REPEAT NO ONE GO HERE. This place is a joke. They overprice the cars. Then sky rocket your interest rate (Mine being a 25%) which is outrageous! So I'm paying A LOT more than the car is worth. I have never been late on a payment despite me paying 400 A MONTH for a Chevy Malibu. They are a smart company I guess for taking advantage of people in desperate need of a car with not so good credit. They take advantage of people with bad credit selling rundown used cars and charging inflated interest rates. Telling you that they are helping you with your credit and in end make it worse
