I absolutely LOVED JD Byrider! I bought my car in May and I’m only 18, Larry talked me through everything, and Randy (the one who contacted me first) STILL keeps in contact and I think that just proves that they really care about their customers. I wasn’t taken advantage of since I’m young or a female. They treated me like any other customer. I have had no problems with my car and they made sure to get me exactly what I wanted. I have had nothing but absolute problems with my vehicle that I purchased! I will never, EVER recommend them to anyone. I have had my vehicle for 2 months(almost) and it has been in the shop 8 times since a week after I had it. They refuse to put me into a different vehicle and expect me to make my payment instead of deferring it. I havnt had it in 2 weeks as of now due to it still being at the shop. The owner wants to decide what he's going to pay to have it fixed and what he wants me billed for. Absolutely unacceptable.
JR contacted me and it was up hill from there. I came in with great expectations to walk away with my new vehicle and it happened. Thanks so much for the J.D. Byrider experience.
