Do not trust these people! I worked there for 14 years. Friday morning Brandon, one of the owners, met me there at 7:00am to inform me that my job was being eliminated! Effective immediately! A few weeks ago I told him that if I were to quit, he would ask for 2 weeks notice. I was asking for the same consideration. He said that the new franchise owner said everyone stays. This is the worst customer experience I have ever had. The car I bought had problems from the very beginning, and their sales rep told me I am stuck with it when I called after 2 weeks. Linda from accounting was very rude, and was taking everything I said personally, I told her twice I am dealing with her as a representative of Byrider not as an individual, then she told me "let's take this outside", when I asked her if she is threatening me? she stuttered and kicked out of her office, such a shame for a company like this to... read more
For the very first time , I applied at ByRyder . Won’t do it again . They Say they get you in a car , but what they do t tell you is , they try to put you in a car that THEY want to put you in . In my case , I was wanting an SUV that they have . Mainly because I’m a bigger guy and wanted a vehicle to fit me for comfort . They tried to stick me in something the size of a tuna can ! I told them no thanks , I’ll look elsewhere ! 😡
They claim to get you in a car that you want , which isn’t the case . I applied for the very first time , for an SUV they have on their lot . They came back with much smaller cars that THEY wanted to put me in ! I dealt with Dusty and Eric , and will never go back there again . I’m a bigger guy who needs a comfortable car to fit me , NOT a tuna can ! I told them no thanks , and I’ll look elsewhere . You lost a potential customer , Dusty , and probably more from my friends and family .
Horrible company. Do not buy from them. Their cars are junk and loans are even more outrageous. Save yourself the hassle. They are wolves in sheeps clothing.
would never get a car from this place again was seeing for a trade in cuz my girls feet couldn't fit in the 3rd row seating anymore they said it wasnt there problem... I just needed a bigger vechile but since my kids were not important n you just want your money is sad... my poor baby couldn't even seat in a car unless being without carseat n can't do that so my kids come first before this place and there bs very rude!!!!
