Wouldn’t even take my dog to Byrd. The er nurses were nice, however the Rn Emily vice mis diagnosed me with “muscle spasm” when I actually had a horrible kidney infection. And she was extremely rude.
I have never seen a more non caring, unprofessional group of nurses in my 30 years of being a nurse. Be expecting a compliant. Hope you enjoyed your ice cream and football game. While your patients suffer.
Daytime staff in Er sucks. my regular dr sent me over due to chest pain. they left me lay in a room for an hr with no treatment and sent me home. so my dr is not happy and I am still hurting so she is looking into treatment plan and I will be going probably to deridder she said.
