STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! . They sold us on just cleaning the liner instead of replacing it like the other companies said we should do. They promised they would go $200 into cleaning the liner to determine if the pool would hold water and if it wouldn't they would replace the liner. After 2-1/2 months, they turned over a pool that didn't hold water and still looked awful. This kept us from putting the house on the market and a pool that didn't pass FHA inspections. I had to find a new pool service this summer after learning my previous service was booked and couldn't add me to their summer schedule. I had read good reviews about Byrd and decided to try them. So far we are very pleased! They sent a written contract detailing their services they do what they say they'll do! They show up on the day they say they'll be here and even made a special trip to treat an issue that popped up in-between regular scheduled service.
