Byrd pest control .....where do I start. First off let me say in the beginning the service was great Garrett and a heavy set gentleman were the best. They communicated called knocked always told me when they were coming and did a good job. As the years went on and there business changed they started missing appointments saying service was done when clearly "next to nothing was done" and the final straw came yesterday when I was told I was aggressive toward a service tech. Hello Paloma, Virgil was very aggressive with our technician and it made her feel very uncomfortable. I am sorry that you cannot see how yelling and a condescending tone with her would make any person feel uncomfortable. The heavy set gentlemen you spoke highly of earlier (the manager JJ) was assisting with the service and saw one dead rodent in the weeds. This is inevitable when using bait stations on the property. We cannot control where the rodents die. We wish you and your family the best.

We receive excellent service from Byrd. Always listen to our needs, always on time & if running late we receive a call which is very much appreciated. JJ always arrives & leaves with a smile. We highly recommend Byrd Pest Control.
I gotta say, I am pretty disappointed in Byrd Pest control. We have been customers for over 2 years. We pay them to come out every other month. The service has been good, but we recently were told we had to move, so we called Byrd to ask if they could hold our account, so we could carry-on our service once we found a new place to live, and they were not willing to do that. They instantly deactivated our account, and told us we had to start all over if we wanted service at our new place once we found one. That is pretty poor ... read more

Hey Michelle, it looks like there has been a miscommunication. I just spoke with our office and they said they may have spoken with your husband. What Juanita in the office was saying is that each home is different and that once you move to your new home, we would need to go out and inspect and start service at the new place. She was deactivating the location and waiting for you to give us the new address.
We've used other pest control companies but in all honesty we were most pleased with the professional and thorough work of Byrd! We would gladly recommend his services!
