Dakota **** is a scammer!!!!! My *********** had him give us a quote. He is a smooth talker!!!! He wants money up front! Since meeting with him I researched BBB of Miss & was told they have an alert on their account, they have several complaints which havent been resolved. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM AT ALL!!!!!!
They said theyd replace my roof within 3 weeks. After taking thousands of dollars from me, they never did the work. They just kept postponing the install date. I finally canceled the contract and requested my money back. I was told there would be no refund. I found out the business filed for bankruptcy.
They lie and lie and lie. Do not use this company. I paid them thousands of dollars months ago and can't get a call back after I've called at least ten times. At this point I really would just like my money back but again I can't get a call back. Now I'm pursuing criminal charges
They replaced my roof and one of my skylights they took and put back has been leaking. We have called them twice and they told us they would send someone to fix it. They have not. Im sitting here tonight with water dripping on me.
TLDR: I wish I could recommend ****, but I cannot. My project manager ghosted me during the second phase of the project. This was after I reached out to them about the missing drip edge. After a hailstorm, I requested that **** come out and inspect my roof. After finding damage, I decided to proceed with a replacement. I had planned to replace my fascia in the coming year anyway, so I requested that this be included in the project's scope. Great company, easy to work with. Did a great job. Highly recommend.
They did a great job on the roof but made a mess in my yard with mud. We get one or two days of snow a year and they picked the day after a snow to install my roof. They had to shovel snow off my roof.then the tarp placement wasn’t great as I’m still picking up shingles and nails. The 2 biggest complaints I have are the paint on the vents on the roof and the yard mess they left me to fix.
I highly recommend Byrd on the Roof. They were very professional and great to work with. They kept us informed through the entire process while working through our insurance claim. We love our new roof!
Great job! The roof looks great and was as discussed. The price was good.
