He is very easy to understand your problems, good bedside manner, and very good staff to work with helping with your problem.
Dr. Byrd is a great and friendly urologist. His manner is very professional and he explains things well. I went to see him for a somewhat elevated PSA. He clearly explained what that could mean. He also explained several things that were new to me, like the pressure from a riding lawnmower (I have one) will increase your PSA. Dr. Byrd might be a little shy, because he doesn't look you in the eye as he explains things. His explanations were top-notch, and I plan to keep him as my urologist. I strongly recommend him.
Dr. Byrd is a very competent Urologist. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a Urologist. I have been very fortunate to have him as my Urologist these past several years. I am so thankful for his proactive screening efforts that recently resulted in finding and removing a cancerous mass from my left kidney before it could spread and develop into something more serious.
Dr. Byrd is incredibly knowledgeable and makes me feel confident that I am receiving top-notch care. I have had a reoccurring issues with kidney stones and under his care I have been back on my feet in no time. I recommend him to anyone who is in need of a urologist!

Dr. Byrd has always made time to discuss all my needs and concerns, regardless of whether or not he is behind. I never leave feeling that all my current issues have not been addressed. He is a Fantastic Doctor and his clinical staff is always very nice and understanding.
This review is not about Dr Bird but about Wichita Urology Group administration. The customer service is so poor. They have no concern about patient experience. Appt at 8:00. Stated hours are 8-5. No employees here till 8:30. Parking lot full of patients. Called main number and they scheduled an employee meeting in the morning. No notice. There is a whole group of pissed of patients now in lobby
I Would recommend Dr. Byrd to my family and friends in a heart beat. I am happy he was able to help find out what was going on with my health issues.
