The worse customer service experience ever.
I would NOT recommend Byram Self Storage to anyone. I just spent about an hour reading their reviews on Google and it’s looking like only the Black customers receive bad Customer Service. The manager Cassie was rude and had Bad Customer Service. She offers a discount if you leave a good review. I had to move someone out of a unit because they didn’t have workers and refused to help. Rented storage on Saturday morning. Saturday evening when went to put items in storage the Initial gate code did not work; thus, my belongs had to stay outside exposed to elements on the back of a truck. Called customer service and they could not get on call manager to answer. Received call from someone Monday morning. She said, “I’m sorry. Your gate code works NOW!” I will be using this month I have paid for but will be moving my items elsewhere.
My payment was due today. I showed up around 2:30 to find that they had closed 30 minutes before their advertised closing time. Customer service was no help and they have no online payment option for those who can’t make it before they close. Which, I don’t see how anyone can determine when is a good time to go pay since this isn’t the first time they have closed early.
