Just like Gary R. I recieved items that I did not order. I contacted them to send them back but they billed me anyway. You can not speak to anyone that can help. I never even started an account with them. My supplier stopped taking orders and sent my info to Byram. I never signed up or spoke to anyone to place an order. Now they won't remove the bill. BBB Credit rating is an F due to all of the complaints. I am giving 1 star because you can't give less than that
Terrible customer service. They sent me items that I didnt order and now demand I pay for them. They sent me to collections. Twice they stated a manager would call me, but they never do.
