Incompetent, cancelling and delaying orders for no reason, should not be allowed to legally function. Get this: the last time I tried to order from them, I had to go through a long process on their website to pay a previous bill and then order. It was halted many times by the site malfunctioning or the buttons I needed to click being tiny and hidden. Their product descriptions are also completely wrong/misleading and have the wrong number of items listed in their descriptions. This is something I've brought to their attent... read more

False promises and zero accountability! I am familiar with companies not living up to a high standard, even providing a bad experience, but this has got to be one of the first times I've wondered if I [and apparently many many more like me] are just straight-up being made the victim fraud - like legitimate crimes carried out be a "legitimate" company. I would give zero stars if possible. Good luck contacting them! No email. No way to leave a message. They will not tell me my copay. They insist on mailing my freestyle libre to me and then charging me no matter what the co-pays. I can’t do this. They put me on hold forever then transfer me around. Every person I talk to wants all of my information and then says they have to send me to someone else. Most frustrating medical company.

Horrible company. I have been waiting 2 months to hear back from my “service coordinator” Richard after calling multiple times and being told he was either not there on another line. Finally after receiving a phone call back by him I was told that I would hear from someone within 24 possibly 48 and at the most 72 hours about my deductible and copay. Here we are 3 weeks later and still haven’t heard back from anyone.

Horrible company !!! shut them down !!! Nothing good will come to them !!! Report them they are HORRIBLE humans .. they don’t care about anything but the Money they can get out of orders !!!! They will have orders just sitting due to being so backed up on being MONEY HUNGRY ! Not enough workers ! And the higher ups are PATHETIC! In due time they will get there justice i pray on that !

My father's order was wrong. I have spent 2 weeks trying to get it corrected. I spoke to a supervisor, who promised that the right strips would be delivered yesterday on a Saturday & still nothing. My dad has not been able to test his blood sugar levels for now going on 3 weeks because the ASSHOLE put in the wrong strips that won't work with his meter. My dad got the bill for strips that are wrong. I am now going with a different company. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY. They will only FUCK you in the end.

The worst customer service. I am on hold for the fourth time, this time going on 11 minutes. I have been transferred from one incompetent person to another and I have just been put on hold AGAIN. Trying to resolve an issue again for the last FIVE MONTHS. Don't use Byram.

I was so fed up with byrum healthcare that I was compelled to write a review. After reading some of these recent reviews, I see there is a pattern of incompetence and general apathy on behalf of the employees and management .My orders have been late, wrong, or improperly coded. Good news however, I found a company that takes my insurance and was more than helpful to accommodate me. So good riddance.

Byrum sucks. They do not have any concern for their customers. I have had diabetic supplies ordered for two months now and still not shipped. It's like this every time I order. They always have some dumb ass excuse why it isn't shipped. I'm done with this company.
