I was very unimpressed with the lack of responses and communication I’ve had with Shaun. I’ve contacted him numerous times to get my washroom done and get him to write me a quote and give me a time frame of when Shaun was going to start my job. Instead I got a I’ll get back to you when I finish the quote. Everytime I’d call it would ring and go to voicemail with no return calls. We can't say enough about BYO Contracting! They did our new kitchen renovation. Shaun and Adam were awesome! Hardworking, diligent and meticulous. Always communicated what they were doing and worked closely with our needs. Would definitely hire them again if we do other renovations!

I was referred to Shaun by my realtor. he shows up for the first visit and was then supposed to follow up with estimates and timelines. I made multiple attempts for 6 weeks with no response. I am surprised by the treatment given to prospective clients. Their unresponsiveness cost me one visit and now i cannot waste the second visit and wait till closing is done in August. Hope to get a response here at least.
