I have dealt with a lot of landlords and Bynum Inc. is one of the best. The quality of their properties and their responsiveness to issues, no matter how small, has no equal in Kern County. I would recommend their properties without hesitation.

Brynum Inc. is a landlord to avoid at all costs. They consistently fail to provide proper ventilation, maintain plumbing, and address mold issues in their buildings. On top of that, they try to unfairly charge tenants for expenses that are beyond their control, such as hiring no-bid contractors. Save yourself the headache and find a more responsible landlord.
