Purchased our pellet stove somewhere else but reached out to them to service our M55 after receiving shady service from our local retailer. Top notch service from a knowledgeable service tech, found some install flaws and has us up running in tip top shape. Wish I had come here first.
We bought our wood stove from Byler's and had them install it about a year ago. The customer service was great and the stove looks perfect in our home.
Great store. If you want a great sub sandwich, you need to stop in. Oh and don't forget the ice cream.
We have an LP Gas , Majestic Fireplace, which had several issues when trying to ignite it. This was the first time that we have use Byler's Stove shoppe services, and we can say without any doubt, that our Byler's technician (MIKE), was very knowledgeable, and recorded and discussed every technical parameter, as he tested/adjusted, and repaired our fireplace. Mike, was very polite and professional. We would highly recommend Byler's Stove Shoppe, if you're in need of any fireplace insert work. Awesome work! Thank you
