We signed a contract with Byler's for a fireplace installation, and paid an additional sum of money to have them pull the permit for us. They blew it and we are now missing our installation date. It took me one phone call and less than 5 minutes to fix the "issue". But, he had already given our date away and refused correct the issue from their end (admitting he just "didn't want to" make the call. Nothing but problems.
