Jeff is a fantastic plumber that gives you an honest assessment of the job, shows up when he says he will, and goes over what he did and advice on maintenance. We recommend him for any plumbing job you might have.
Jeff is great to work with, very knowledgeable, great sense of humor. He is like an old friend who just happens to be an excellent plumber and gives you the "family discount." He was the most reasonably priced of 4 bids we obtained when needing to replace a water heater. He used high quality components and did not cut any corners. He also talked me out of a very high priced plumbing project which had been "upsold" to me by another outfit. He explained what I needed but more importantly what I did not need. I spent a couple hundred thousand with this company and they just leave you hanging once they've gotten paid and the job is done. Called over a dozen times leaving voice mails and texts. What they did is leaking, causing my septic tank to overflow, forcing me to pump it and incur significant additional costs.
Great customer service, awesome to work with! Highly recommend
