A couple of weeks ago, I purchased a caprese salad "tower" from the Chanhassen Byerly's deli and the tomatoes were unripe and green. I love how they cleverly hid the green part(the outside part of the tomato was pinkish-red) under the mozzarella. I complained and got a refund, though the deli manager was terribly rude. Yesterday, I decided to give the same deli another chance, and purchased the Garden Potato salad. The potatoes were raw! Unbelievable.

Byerly's rocks. This is without question the best grocery store. They have a great bakery and meat department. Their produce is always top notch, and you can't beat their service. I like the drive thru for grocery pick up as well.

Open 24 Hours I really like that Byerly's is open 24 hours a day for those emergencies when I just can't make it to the store before 9PM or have to go before 8AM. They are also improving in their selection of healthier foods, organic sections and bulk bins. They still need to impove on their organic fruit and vegetable sections though, still not much to choose from. Byerly's is within walking distance to my house, which is another bonus for them.
