The woman who I asked to help me out at the self checkout today was very rude. I asked for help with a product that was marked down and she acted like it was a big inconvenience. I just wanted to leave my groceries and walk out. This was about 2:00-2:30. I said thank you to her and she just walked away and didn’t even respond. Most rude person I have ever run into at Byerly’s. Maybe she wasn’t suppose to be helping out. She was walking around with a spray bottle.

This store has products I can't find at other nearby stores. The produce is top notch and they provide outstanding service. And, yes, they do have weekly specials.

I had a issue with service at the store, but they went above and beyond to correct the problem. That is what I call GREAT customer service.
