had a 2008 Fusion that wouldn't idle.They charged me 1400 dollars and never fixed it.Kept giving me empty promises and charging me. Finally said they couldn't fix it ,but they wouldn't refund any money.Went all the way to the top and all they would do is say they were sorry. turned out to be the catalytic convertor. why didn't they check that first?
How this place got so many 5 star rates is beyond me. The used car manager was a rude fat Elvis want a be. Treated me like I was bothering him and he was doing me a favor. Ive never be treated like this by anyone dealing with the public. I will NEVER go back there again.
I bought a 2012 Honda Civic not too long ago. I absolutely love it. The salesman, John Flora, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He worked with me, and got me in a car that would best serve me. Extremely happy with my car and dealership choice.
My experience was outstanding. Karen not only made us feel welcomed, she made us feel as if she was here to help in any way that she could, that our business was important. Karen took in consideration all of our concerns and made things work. Karen respectfully made sure that I and my partner were very happy and included us both on all the details. Becuase of this, we wanted to our business to be work with this dealership. We will return because of Karen.
