had a 2008 Fusion that wouldn't idle.They charged me 1400 dollars and never fixed it.Kept giving me empty promises and charging me. Finally said they couldn't fix it ,but they wouldn't refund any money.Went all the way to the top and all they would do is say they were sorry. turned out to be the catalytic convertor. why didn't they check that first?
How this place got so many 5 star rates is beyond me. The used car manager was a rude fat Elvis want a be. Treated me like I was bothering him and he was doing me a favor. Ive never be treated like this by anyone dealing with the public. I will NEVER go back there again.
I bought a 2012 Honda Civic not too long ago. I absolutely love it. The salesman, John Flora, was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. He worked with me, and got me in a car that would best serve me. Extremely happy with my car and dealership choice.

I visited Ryan and sent him numerous email. Ryan returned all of my emails and calls promptly even though he was busy with other customers. my experience at Byerly, and especially with Ryan O'Neil was excellent. He found the exact truck that I wanted!
