RecommendedHave been utilizing oral surgery services since 2011. staff very kind and professional maintaining Covid-19 measures. Dr Bycroft is excellent have had no problems with each procedure. Have recommended his service to family and friends.
The front office lady is rude as balls! She has a holier-then-thou attitude. I can't say about the Dr himself as we didn't get past the old lady in front. we were referred by our regular DDS for an emergency extraction. Total waste of time, fuel and effort! We got told by the witch up front that daughter would be only getting consult and I would not be allowed back even with her extreme anxiety. Will never go there again until she is gone!!
they're just horrible people. why anybody would want to go into a place where the staff condescend them and have constant negative attitudes is beyond me. came with a friend to help get his older father to his appointment and was blown away by the way they talk to the patients. I'd be using a lot more explicit language but I'd rather not stoop to their level of rudeness
front desk and employees rude as HELL. apparently they only hire bitter people who hate their job
rudest front desk staff worker ive ever had. got me all upset and was so foul to me and my sister. withheld i formation I was asking about and wouldn't answer my questions directly and made it a point to make me feel stupid with questions I asked. i walked out and am very upset. But i recommend. dr bycroft yes he is amazing...im just not okay with the older Secretary he has working up front....she i never want to do business with ever again. Bycroft is amazing. I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted and had no issues. I was a needy patient with my dry sockets but they never made me feel like I was a nuisance. For my additional dry socket visit, I was not charged extra. Will take my children here in the future for their wisdom teeth extractions.
Dr. Bycroft is the only oral surgeon I will go to. I had surgery today to remove a wisdom tooth....I went in at 10:50 am and was walking out at 11:18 am. I planned on being down for at least 2 days... but I'm feeling pretty good! :) I would recommend him to everyone!
This is the people & the place if you need any dental surgery. Everyone is super friendly & professional. Dr Bycroft knows what he's doing & takes great care of his patients.
Our son had 5 teeth extracted on Spring Break of this year and the staff was extremely nice and helpful in the whole process. They made sure we were comfortable with all the instructions to take home with us and provided an after hours number to call if we needed to do so. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who asks about an oral surgeon.
