My three-year-old nonverbal toddler attended by your side for six months. In the beginning, the experience was amazing, but in the last three months there were a ton of issues. The first issue I encountered was all of the therapist quitting. There was no consistency in the scheduling, and my child was going three weeks without having any therapy sessions due to therapist availability. My son has been going to this center for sometime, since late August 2022. It’s at a good location and safe area. Things started off amazing- he had a great team that he was comfortable with (and now some are no longer on his team or at the center) + seeing progress with goals. However at some point things went downhill a tad bit. His schedule would change often- either to come in at a later time, or not come at all because there’s no coverage for him with a notice only being the morning of.
