We stayed at the River Birch cabin. We last minute got the opportunity to get away for a night and called at 2:00 in the afternoon and Anna got the room ready for us. We came in to a sweet welcome message and a gorgeous, well-thought-out space. We can't wait to stay again!
We were in one of the stand-alone cottages. It was very comfortable inside and out - nice sitting on our own front porch enjoying a summer afternoon. The two sitting chairs inside are actually recliners. Small touches like the candles around the Jacuzzi were appreciated, along with plenty of glassware choices. Comfy mattress and quiet outside. Will definitely come again next time we're in the Valley.
This is one of the nicest and most peaceful places I’ve ever stayed. Our group took up all but one of the rooms and there is nothing I can say that would make this place better. A++++++ Looking forward to the next time, I can stay here.
Amazing place, the location , the space, the cleanliness, everything exceed led our expectations. The proximity to downtown and James Madison University.
This place was so pretty and serene! Clean, well cared for, immaculate landscaping, comfortable bed, beautifully decorated, lovely little extras like sugar scrub in the shower, green tea body wash and shampoo, sleep masks, coffee and snacks. Would definitely visit again!
