By the book Plumbing qas an incredible help. We had a water heater leak since the unit was old. They came in the next day and was able to take care of the leak. They guided us through the processes of getting a new water heater and getting our house fixed. They helped and answered the questions we had. Leon and his crew was very professional and knowledgable. Thank you for your help! Would recommend!
Leon the owner, was very kind, caring and respectful when he came out. He found the problem with water leaking through my ceiling and gave me some options from permanent to professional to temporary. He then stayed to begin the work immediately and I still had my whole Sunday to keep my plans. Thank you Leon for such amazing service with a smile. Leon led the project himself and I felt like he was a member of my family. I would highly recommend Leon and By The Book for any project big or small.
