I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Heather and By the Bay Floral. From start to finish Heather was a dream and a doll to work with! Our wedding plans got washed away by Helene in October and we had to pivot our early Nov. plans very last minute with a limited budget due to funds lost from our previous plan. We where directed to Heather by our amazing coordinator with Driftwood and boy did she not disappoint. We where absolutely thrilled with our tropical wedding florals!
