Nigel is prompt and professional. Excellent tradesperson. He installed gas line for us other trades that have seen the installation always comment on the excellent work. I highly recommend By Design Plumbing & Heating.

Nigel is excellent. Busy but excellent. Have been using him for several years for various gas servicing needs.
Nigel is very hardworking and pleasant to deal with. He has a great quality product. Overall a good experience and will definitely call for future needs. Thanks!

He arrives as we are leaving, i tell it's too late, we've made plans. He says he's a busy guy, I tell him if he wants to change the arrival time he... read more
