Dr. Choi has been my son’s dentist and mine for about a year and we love it here. He makes us feel comfortable and is always patient and caring. My son isn’t a big fan of the dentist, but he feels at ease with Dr. Choi . Highly recommend!
Today was my first with Dr Choi. I’m very happy that it was a pleasant experience. Dr Choi was very pleasant and easy to talk to, he listened and adhere to my concerns. I left the visit very pleased with the end results. Very fortunate that he was recommended by my coworker.
First time visiting the location. The Doctor , Receptionist welcomed us amazingly. The Doctor makes sure your needs are meet and makes you feel comfortable. He listens to you and gives the recommendations needed at the moment. I haven't felt so comfortable with a dentist like Dr. Chaio in a long time. I highly recommend this location.
Horrible horrible unprofessional customer service the receptionist as well as the Dentist ! Unprofessional and rude. Spoke to the receptionist three times in regards to the fee. I’m in network to be seen at this location. It went from $130 to $150 to $250 for x- rays. I came here for them to still tell me that regardless of me paying a fee it will not guarantee the service of me needing a root canal being provided. He’s been my dentist for about 2-3 years. Very friendly and quick with cleanings. The staff is super friendly. He’s super professional and has a great relationship with all his patients.
