1/5 — Extremely Disappointing Service Very poor experience at BWS Blacktown Westpoint, especially during the evening shifts on weekends. The customer service was extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. As an Indian customer, I felt I was treated differently and the behaviour came across as discriminatory and racist.
