Need to change the staff we will never back back to this store!!!!
Very disappointed with the customer service. The staff member spoke sarcastically and made rude comments while we were at the counter. Even after our billing was done, she continued with unprofessional behaviour. This is not the way customers should be treated. Please train your staff to be polite and respectful.
Very rude staff. We shopped for $200 and she asked for photo id, one of us had photo id and the second one was clearly 18+ but she didnt agreed and moreover i asked for another bottle very politely and she was being rude again and again. The lady who was on shift on (21 june 2025, 7:30 pm)
