The service is great, but I still don’t understand why a proper ramp hasn’t been installed or the gap between the kerb and the rear exit ramp hasn’t been filled. Every time I drive through this area, the front of my car scrapes the ground, which could potentially cause damage to the suspension over time. I hope this issue can be fixed soon, both to prevent damage to customers’ vehicles and to improve the overall customer experience.
