New beams were installed to span between existing steel columns to support the new concrete slab for the new second floor office space. A new staff break room was constructed surrounded by five new sound proof operable partitions. BWK Construction served as the General Contractor for an occupied space renovation of the Mission Towers Apartments. 13 stacked apartments were renovated over a four month span. Four of the apartments were made ADA compliant. In all 13 of the units we installed new plumbing from the basement to the 8th floor. All the units were also all re-wired and new electric panels installed to meet current electric codes. BWK served as the design build contractor for this new construction group home in Burlington, MA. This house has five bedrooms all with 52” wide exterior doors. Each of the two bathrooms have roll in showers. There is a total of seven motorized overhead patient lifts, one in each of the bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was built to conform with HUD and handicap standards. The exterior of the building is all vinyl siding and PVC trim.
