Bought a trailer from a dealer here in a fl little over a year ago, took it to my dealer here in Florida. They told me it was my fault that the door fell off the back of their trailer and that it’s not gonna be covered under warranty by b wise . Which I’ve used this Traler for the last year almost 4 to 5 times a week. But it was my fault. The door fell off and bent the cylinder bracket , Their Warranty department people are very rude. Worst experience ever
I like the trailer, but my trailer is two years old BE wise 16 foot ultimate dump the gel coat on it all flake off rusting the trailer looks like it's 10 years old. They need to do something with their gel coat system. Very poor quality.
The warehouse bosses are fair the HR department does their job they have changed a few things from my understanding for the better so I'd like to work there an give it a try corporate will always be corporate they just need to let the plant managers handle the employees an corp handle the business end an have more faith in management and be a little more understanding that things in life surprise us all
