The warehouse bosses are fair the HR department does their job they have changed a few things from my understanding for the better so I'd like to work there an give it a try corporate will always be corporate they just need to let the plant managers handle the employees an corp handle the business end an have more faith in management and be a little more understanding that things in life surprise us all
Quick and smooth in and out
I bought a 12' dump trailer and have issues exactly 1 year later with moderate use. Aside from the rust in areas that should have been better coated, the bushings blew out and shackling straps are broken. BWise noted this as wear and tear which is ridiculous. The parts that they use are garbage and weak. The trailer is built well but they should use better components from a different manufacturer. My first experience with B Wise was 4 years ago. I bought the 16’ dump. I absolutely loved this trailer. Every where I went with it everyone would comment how well made it was. It was awesome. Fast forward 4 years and my needs have changed. I want a trailer to pull my new skid steer. I see the new 21’ triple axle dump a buddy bought and I thought I would upgrade. Corporate people at bwise trailers is a joke the hr personal don't care about the welfare of their employees for example my mom went in for emergency surgery in the brain surgery I got a call told my main lead that mom had emergency brain surgery an I should be there my mom is older has med problems she may not make it thru but has to be done for quality of life .I was told I would not be getting any points for leaving to be there for mom an when she awakes.
