I had a 6 night stay...I asked to pay upfront to avoid daily charges/holds on my credit card. It was approved and of course that did not stop the charges. They started the very next morning. I sent emails and the first person was DeShearia, but she did not fix it, then I was given Anthony...in talking to both of them it was a joking matter. To make matters worse, I was charged for a meal I never ordered. They just would not stop charging or placing unnecessary holds on my credit card.
