Not sure how this company get 5 Stars reviews when: 1/ Their owner/managing partner James McGarl never return phone calls, texts or emails... 2/ The way they create appraisal is completely flawed and will cost their customers tens of thousands of dollars as they are not using proper comparables (clearly a sign of incompetence OR dishonestly since they get paid by Mortgage companies who do not have the same interests as home owners) 3/ That same Owner/Manager is posting a 5 star review about his own company and how great they... read more

I was moving from Texas to Atlanta and utilized Better Way Atlanta Realty to secure my new home and am very happy I did. Dan and his team were great! Dan showed me and sent me information on many properties and was always available to answer any questions. When I finally located my new home, Dan was able to negotiate a great deal. I would definitely use them again. Thanks BWA!

Dan helped me sell my house ($0.5M+) and buy a new house ($0.6M+) over the course of several months in 2020-21 … he was always immediate to respond, and was very patient to help me find what was right for me, never “just trying to close a deal”.
