I got the brake fluid on my Mercedes Benz flushed and replaced at BWA Auto today. Josh from BWA showed extremely high levels of Professionalism, and the work was carried out in the specified time. Absolutely terrible experience with BWA Auto. Engine rebuild was done poorly and failed almost immediately. Workmanship is unacceptable for a shop claiming to handle performance vehicles. Customer service is just as bad — constant runaround, different stories, and no accountability. My Porsche 911 Turbo was returned with scratches and damage that were not there before.
