My "First Run" 986 went in with transmission troubles, quickly sorted. I was impressed with the get to know the car approach, compression check, borescope inspection, suspension check, tyres, etc. I got a good health check with a very reasonable bill.
I took my Audi to BWA Auto for an end-of-warranty check and specifically complained about jerky transmission (with no fault codes) and a hissing sound from the exhaust. They charged me $363 and only diagnosed one issue – oil in the coolant reservoir – and everything else they reported was related to that. Later, I went to an official Audi service center, and they correctly diagnosed the real problems and replaced the gearbox and exhaust under warranty, and also fixed the oil in the coolant reservoir. Paul, Josh and the team and BWA have been taking care of my 996 Turbo since 2022. Can't speak more highly of them; dedicated group who know their stuff, pricing that isn't insane, and extremely patient with my million questions and weird requests.
Cannot be happier with the work and especially Paul in the office. I have been a long term client of them for both of my cars, one of the cars was serviced by BWA since it was brand new and their service and workmanship was recognised by Porsche Australia and I was able to purchase extended factory warranty, TWICE, when the car was not serviced at Porsche dealer. Reasonable price, top notch client service! Thank you Paul and the team, thank you Tanya for making a good coffee.
First time attending BWA for a pink slip inspection, and small replacements in my car such as the AC cabin filter & daytime running light globe, and I am thoroughly impressed! The team were very transparent, answering all questions and providing all quotes accurately via text. Booking in was easy, and everything was done efficiently within 30mins.
