Used to have really positive and consistent interactions. The past time after leaving a message on their machine indicating they are now owned by Olde Town I never received a callback so I had to go elsewhere for my furnace replacement. I’m sad to report I had the same experience with Olde Town on their roofing side so I hope this is a trend they fix soon.

I’m a roofing contractor and I go to B & W Tin shop for chimney chase is all the time. They always do a great job for me and get me taken care of right away. I’ve been very happy with their work and I would recommend them, and I do to Friends.
