Very unprofessional and irresponsible . Don’t ever do business with them. It took you a few weeks to answer my husband calls but you have time to reply back in here right away. My house looks like a forest right now thanks to you keeping promise to come but never show up in 4 weeks. Now I got a letter from HOA violation of grass over grown and you want to charge extra for emergency service. You’re definitely ridiculous. I already called the bank this morning and don’t come again.
Constantly being double billed and charged late payment fees and back yard is NEVER completely done.
AVOID. Absolute trash company. I signed up for a service. They never did the service, so I cancelled it. They continued to charge me for the service. Can't get a hold of anyone by phone, text, email, chat, or help ticket. No resolution. I've been trying to get the money they owe me for over 2 months. They owe me $745.60. Oh and they do a really crappy job. They break things on your property and don't accept responsibility. If you don't tip (I always tipped), they charge you a "no tipping" fee. Update 12/20 - I managed to get ahold of Solomon a week ago who apologized and listened to my frustrations. Due to the nature of my frustrations stemming from a lack of customer service and misleading numbers/chats systems and form submissions, he ensured me he would be making changes. While I no longer require the service since I moved, he has continued to show me the changes made. Now he, and his lawn care personnel are the contacts. UPDATE 8/7/24: Unfortunately I’m not having a good experience with this company like I used to when I signed up a little bit over 2 years ago. I signed up again for the 7/10/2024 - 8/9/2024 cycle and still have not received any service. I contacted them several times through phone call and it just gets disconnected after ringing a few times, also opened a service ticket a week ago that has gone unanswered as well.
