Love this doctor office. All the doctors but specifically Ms Moriah and Desi
I truly enjoy my provider, but unfortunately my family will no longer be attending this practice due to ongoing billing concerns. Since our initial visit, we've paid over $3,000 out of pocket despite having commercial insurance with a low deductible. The billing codes and charges often seem excessive and have resulted in unexpected costs. We stayed because we appreciated our provider, but the out of pocket burden is nonsense. You can hardly speak with anyone, the patient my mum has called left a message and yet no one has reached her. I spoke with someone at the front desk who cut me off and sent me to the office manager. I spoke with the office manager who was polite however requested my mum come to the office in person from (Houston to maryland) to sign an inperson consent form before they can release medical records to me. This medical practice used to be wonderful. I am not sure what is going on now but I have not been able to get my medicine filled or speak to my Dr. For weeks... hopefully this bad review will get someone's attention so I can get my medicine... This is absolutely INSANE. Customer service has really gone down hill.
