This medical practice used to be wonderful. I am not sure what is going on now but I have not been able to get my medicine filled or speak to my Dr. For weeks... hopefully this bad review will get someone's attention so I can get my medicine... This is absolutely INSANE. Customer service has really gone down hill.
I have been a patient at this practice for over five years, and up until today, I have consistently felt that professionalism and customer care were top priorities. However, during my recent visit, I encountered a situation that left me feeling uncomfortable and disappointed.
