Shout out to the fellow named Justin working at BW. I have a classic 300D and was sold the wrong brushes twice and had an hard time getting it figured out until I called Justin. He was cool, calm, listened to my frustration about my brushes and instantly fixed it. Not only did he explain to me that my specific machine was a crossover of the older and newer style models (that’s why my bracket wouldn’t take the brushes), he offered me a full refund and a shipping label for the incorrect brushes, along with the correct set EXPE... read more
