BVM was recommended by neighbours for staying on time and budget and they absolutely delivered on both for our basement underpinning/renovation project. All of their subcontractors and preferred vendors were experts and clearly prioritized BVM projects. They accommodated add-ons throughout the project and were very quick with responses and coordinating site visits.

BMV did a really good job on our project. They completed it on budget, no surprises and on time, with no delays. It was a fairly large project, second floor addition and first floor gut reno. The communication was excellent, and we were happy with the quality of the work. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
