I showed up 25 mins before closing time and they welcomed me with grace. I was hoping to purchase a bag and I settled for one. They were incredibly patient and gave excellent service, offering water and chocolate while they carefully wrapped my bag. I had to resolve an issue with my bank linking my debit card, they were understanding and waited patiently for me until I was able to speak to an agent to solve the issue. Good customer service. The also have the perfume collection unlike the Yorkdale location.

Good service but limited options. Thanks for sending me your website but I traveled 1.5 hours to your store and left disappointed then went home. I wanted to try something on which is why I decided to stop by a physical location.
