10/10 experience with Yusi at BVLGARI! She helped me pick out a necklace and was seriously so sweet and friendly from the second I walked in. She made the whole experience easy, comfortable, and actually fun. No pressure, no awkward sales vibe, just genuinely helpful and really enjoyable to talk to. She helped me find exactly what I wanted, and I left super happy with my necklace and the whole experience. Definitely ask for Yusi if you’re stopping in 👌🏻
