Karmen is absolute treat of a sales associate! Friendly, attentive and just as excited about showing us each beautiful creation as we were about seeing them. I’m convinced that she was there at the inception of the jewelry piece to the manufacturing process. LOL! The boutique itself is very clean and well lit. The ambience is that of class, sophistication and elegance. Bvlgari is top notch and their staff is equally amazing.
