I had the best first time experience at BVLGARI with Karmen! She was the absolute sweetest and made my first time amazing . She let me try on all the items I was interested and I was put into the room to get a more personal experience. She was extremely knowledgeable about all the pieces and I was able to learn more about the brand with her ! She is super kind and I highly recommend her if you visit here ! Her service is excellent.
Karmen just became one of my favorite SA from now on. My husband and I visited last Sunday dressed casually, and I was pleasantly surprised that there was absolutely no judgment—something that feels rare every time I go to luxury brands. I was really impressed by her knowledge of all the collections. She guided us through every piece of jewelry with great insight and took the time to explain the details behind them. Her recommendations were thoughtful and helpful throughout the entire experience. Highly recommend her!
Have given watch band for replacement, given it in January , so far its been 2 months, I have emailed Alyssa there multiple times and called then- no response till date. Being a boutique store with such a poor customer service reflects on how they treat you as customer before you buy something and after you buy something. This would be our last bulgari purchase after such a POOR experience.
