Alyssa was probably the best sales representative I've come across. Period. I simply meant to "swing by" Bulgari but walked away with a piece that I would have never considered. These days you cannot be greeted without a genuine smile but Alyssa was so friendly. Very knowledgeable and never once pressured me which I appreciated. Alyssa Reynolds helped me today. We were looking at b zero necklaces. She made us feel comfortable and she was very helpful and informative ab the different models and the differences I’m a van cleef girly but might get some bvlgari pieces next time
